Construction Division Overview

Seacera is in their first year participating directly in the construction industry via Spaz Sdn Bhd, a 60% owned subsidiary of the Group. The Group believes that the Construction Division would contribute positively to the future growth and prospect of the Group as well as the performance of their Tiles Division.

The Group’s main target is to achieve a holistic synergistic benefit along the value chain of the construction business as well as supply of building materials business in terms of creation of sales and maximising its cost savings.

This division involves in the construction of buildings, roads and bridges, etc. Among the notable projects include Hotel and Apartment Projects for Felda, Kompleks Darul Kifayah for Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan and road projects of Pasir Puteh-Gong Badak Kelantan

To date, it has secured and completed more than 70 projects with total contract value exceeding RM600 million.

Seacera is also one of the six parties pre-qualified for Menara Warisan 118 Storeys as well as pre-qualified to participate in tender under few packages for construction and completion of works of highway by Prolintas (a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) known as Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (“DASH”) and Sg Besi-Ulu Klang Highway (“SUKE”)
