Seacera Properties Sdn. Bhd., part of Seacera Group of Companies involved mainly in property development. Under Seacera Properties Sdn. Bhd, we have approximately 501.5 acres of land bank with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM7 billion.

Seacera Builders Sdn. Bhd had entered joint venture agreement to develop land bank currently located in Cherating, Pahang. We plan to embark on township development with produce range that includes affordable, villa homes and sustainable houses. Seacera Properties is currently planning on emerging townships within our two sites to cater the rising demand in these prime locations.

Seacera envision to provide quality housing and sustainable communities to meet the needs of our customers. We are also committed to develop our properties in a more environmentally friendly and sustainable approach.

To date, it has secured and completed more than 70 projects with total contract value exceeding RM600 million.

Seacera is also one of the six parties pre-qualified for Menara Warisan 118 Storeys as well as pre-qualified to participate in tender under few packages for construction and completion of works of highway by Prolintas (a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) known as Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (“DASH”) and Sg Besi-Ulu Klang Highway (“SUKE”).

The Group’s main target is to achieve a holistic synergistic benefit along the value chain of the construction business as well as supply of building materials business in terms of creation of sales and maximising its cost savings.
